ABOUT
Mia Jones is a dynamic and uniquely gifted singer, performer, voice actor, and educator. Hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, Mia received her BA in Commercial Music from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. As a principal vocalist at the Disneyland Resort, Mia portrays Princess Tiana in Mickey and the Magical Map, Dime in Five and Dime, and played Timon in The Tale of the Lion King. Mia’s voice-over work can be heard on Comedy Central’s The Other Two, VH1’s RuPaul’s Drag Race, and USA cheerleading competitions. Mia has appeared on the hit CBS television series, The Neighborhood, and she has also worked with a diverse list of musical artists including the legendary Andrea Bocceli, Josh Groban, Todd Rundgren, Sarah Brightman, Janelle Monae, The Winans Brothers, Lovelytheband, and many more. Most recently, Mia performed as a background vocalist for rock icon Todd Rundgren’s innovative and groundbreaking virtual national tour based in Chicago, Illinois, and aboard the largest ship on earth, Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas, on its inaugural season to the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Mia continues to inspire the next generation of musical artists in voice and music lessons through her company, Do Re Mia Music, and as an adjunct professor at Lipscomb University. She enjoys fulfilling her deep passion for teaching and sharing her gifts.
